ZNF350

Description

The ZNF350 (zinc finger protein 350) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

ZNF350 is a protein encoded by the ZNF350 gene in humans. It has been shown to interact with the BRCA1 protein.

ZNF350 acts as a transcriptional repressor by binding to a specific DNA sequence, 5‘-GGGxxxCAGxxxTTT-3‘, located within the third intron of the GADD45 gene.

ZNF350 is also known as ZBRK1, ZFQR.
