ZNF32-AS2

Description

The ZNF32-AS2 (ZNF32 antisense RNA 2) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 10.

ZNF32-AS2 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located on chromosome 19. It is transcribed from the antisense strand of the ZNF32 gene, which encodes a zinc finger protein. ZNF32-AS2 is expressed in a variety of tissues, including the brain, heart, and liver.

The function of ZNF32-AS2 is not yet fully understood, but it is believed to play a role in gene regulation. Some studies have suggested that ZNF32-AS2 may act as a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and regulate the expression of other genes. However, further research is needed to fully elucidate its role.

ZNF32-AS2 is also known as ZNF32OS2, b402L1.7.
