ZNF239
Description
The ZNF239 (zinc finger protein 239) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 10.
Zinc finger protein 239 is a protein in humans that is encoded by the ZNF239 gene. MOK2 proteins, including ZNF239, are DNA- and RNA-binding proteins primarily found in nuclear RNP components, such as nucleoli and extranucleolar structures. ZNF239 has been shown to interact with LMNA.
May play a role in regulating gene expression.
ZNF239 is also known as HOK-2, MOK2.
