ZNF202
Description
The ZNF202 (zinc finger protein 202) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.
Zinc finger protein 202 is a transcription factor initially linked to breast cancer. It is encoded by the ZNF202 gene in humans. Variants of this protein have been strongly associated with coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis.
ZNF202 is also known as ZKSCAN10, ZSCAN42.
