ZNF165

Description

The ZNF165 (zinc finger protein 165) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6.

Zinc finger protein 165 is a protein encoded by the ZNF165 gene in humans. It belongs to the Kruppel family of zinc finger proteins, which are known for their DNA-binding activity and role as transcriptional regulators. This gene is located within a cluster of other zinc finger genes. The protein encoded by this gene may be involved in spermatogenesis. It has been shown to interact with Ewing sarcoma breakpoint region 1 and DVL2.

ZNF165 is also known as CT53, LD65, ZSCAN7.
