Description

The ZMIZ2 (zinc finger MIZ-type containing 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 7.

Zinc finger MIZ domain-containing protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ZMIZ2 gene.

This protein enhances the transcriptional activity of androgen receptors (AR) and other nuclear hormone receptors when activated by a ligand.

ZMIZ2 is also known as NET27, TRAFIP20, ZIMP7, hZIMP7.
