Description

The ZHX3 (zinc fingers and homeoboxes 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 20.

ZHX3 is a protein encoded by the ZHX3 gene in humans. It belongs to the zinc fingers and homeoboxes (ZHX) gene family and contains two C2H2-type zinc fingers and five homeodomains. ZHX3 forms dimers with itself or with ZHX1.

ZHX3 is also known as TIX1.
