ZBTB8OS

Description

The ZBTB8OS (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 8 opposite strand) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

ZBTB8OS is part of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex, playing a crucial role in the enzymatic recycling of the catalytic subunit RTCB. It collaborates with DDX1 to facilitate the guanylylation of RTCB, a vital step in the tRNA ligation process.

ZBTB8OS is also known as ARCH, ARCH2.
