USP30-AS1

Description

The USP30-AS1 (USP30 antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 12.

USP30-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located on human chromosome 16. It is transcribed from the opposite strand of the USP30 gene, but it does not encode a protein. Its function is not fully understood, but it is thought to play a role in regulating gene expression.

The exact function of USP30-AS1 is still being investigated, but preliminary research suggests it might play a role in regulating gene expression, potentially acting as a sponge for microRNAs (miRNAs) or influencing the stability of other RNA molecules.

USP30-AS1 is also known as -.
