UBXN11

Description

The UBXN11 (UBX domain protein 11) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

UBXN11 may play a role in reorganizing the actin cytoskeleton, a process influenced by RND1, RND2, and RND3. It also appears to enhance the activation of RHOA, likely through its interactions with GNA12 and GNA13.

UBXN11 is also known as COA-1, PP2243, SOC, SOCI, UBXD5.
