The TTK (TTK protein kinase) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6.

TTK may refer to:

TTK is a kinase that phosphorylates proteins on serine, threonine, and tyrosine. It plays a role in cell proliferation and promotes mitotic checkpoint signaling by phosphorylating MAD1L1. TTK is essential for chromosome alignment by enhancing AURKB activity at the centromere and for the mitotic checkpoint.

TTK is also known as CT96, ESK, MPH1, MPS1, MPS1L1, PYT.
