The TRIM47 (tripartite motif containing 47) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 17.

TRIM47 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that targets CYLD for ubiquitination and subsequent degradation by the proteasome.

TRIM47 is also known as GOA, RNF100.
