Description

The TRAT1 (T cell receptor associated transmembrane adaptor 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.

TRAT1 is a protein encoded by the TRAT1 gene in humans. It functions as a transmembrane adapter associated with the T-cell receptor.

TRAT1 plays a crucial role in stabilizing the TCR (T-cell antigen receptor)/CD3 complex on the surface of T-cells.
