TINAGL1

Description

The TINAGL1 (tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen like 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

TINAGL1 is a protein that is encoded by the TINAGL1 gene in humans.

TINAGL1 might be involved in organizing the different zones of the adrenal cortex and in controlling the expression of the CYP11B1 gene in adrenal cortex cells. This protein belongs to the non-catalytic peptidase C1 family, suggesting a potential role in protein processing or regulation.

TINAGL1 is also known as ARG1, LCN7, LIECG3, TINAGRP.
