TCL6
Description
The TCL6 (T cell leukemia/lymphoma 6) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 14.
TCL6, also known as T-cell leukemia/lymphoma 6 (non-protein coding), is a long non-coding RNA involved in leukemogenesis. It is specifically expressed in T-cell leukemia with a t(14;14)(q11;q32.1) chromosome translocation in humans and a mouse model. It is not expressed in normal T-cells.
TCL6 is a long non-coding RNA involved in the development of T-cell leukemia. It is specifically expressed in T-cell leukemia with a specific chromosome translocation, but not in normal T-cells.
TCL6 is also known as TNG1, TNG2.
