Description

The STRN (striatin) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.

Striatin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the STRN gene.

Striatin is a protein that binds to calmodulin and may act as a scaffolding or signaling protein. It might be involved in calcium signaling in dendrites.

STRN is also known as PPP2R6A, SG2NA, STRN1.
