Description

The SDF4 (stromal cell derived factor 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

The SDF4 gene in humans encodes a protein known as the 45 kDa calcium-binding protein.

May regulate calcium-dependent activities in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen or post-ER compartment.

SDF4 is also known as Cab45, SDF-4.
