RGL3

Description

The RGL3 (ral guanine nucleotide dissociation stimulator like 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

RGL3 acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Ral-A, a small GTPase involved in cell signaling. It can also interact with and potentially regulate other GTPases like HRas and M-Ras. Notably, RGL3 plays a role in negatively controlling gene activation triggered by HRas and MEKK1 through the transcription factor Elk-1.

RGL3 is also known as -.
