PRRG4
Description
The PRRG4 (proline rich and Gla domain 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.
PRRG4 may regulate axon guidance in the central nervous system (CNS). It inhibits the transport of ROBO1 to the cell surface and reduces its expression levels.
PRRG4 is also known as PRGP4, TMG4.
