The CFHR4 (complement factor H related 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

Complement factor H-related protein 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CFHR4 gene. It is involved in complement regulation, can associate with lipoproteins and may play a role in lipid metabolism. It forms a homodimer.
