Description
The OTUD7A (OTU deubiquitinase 7A) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15.
OTUD7A has been shown to remove 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin chains from target proteins. This activity is supported by experimental evidence published in PubMed IDs 20622874 and 23827681.
OTUD7A is also known as C15orf16, C16ORF15, CEZANNE2, NEDHS, OTUD7.
