NRG3-AS1

Description

The NRG3-AS1 (NRG3 antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 10.

NRG3-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located on chromosome 15. It is transcribed from the opposite strand of the NRG3 gene, which encodes a transmembrane protein involved in cell signaling. NRG3-AS1 is not translated into a protein but is believed to play a regulatory role in gene expression. Studies have shown that NRG3-AS1 expression is altered in various cancer types and is associated with tumor progression. The exact mechanism by which NRG3-AS1 exerts its regulatory function is still under investigation.

NRG3-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that has been shown to play a role in the regulation of gene expression. It has been implicated in a variety of cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. NRG3-AS1 has also been linked to the development of cancer, and its expression levels are often altered in cancer cells.

NRG3-AS1 is also known as C10orf100, Em:AC010157.1.
