Description

The NMD3 (NMD3 ribosome export adaptor) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.

NMD3 is a protein encoded by the NMD3 gene in humans. It is involved in the export of the 60S ribosomal subunit. NMD3 has been shown to interact with XPO1.

Acts as an adapter for the XPO1/CRM1-mediated export of the 60S ribosomal subunit.

NMD3 is also known as CGI-07.
