Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 2 is a protein encoded by the NCR2 gene in humans. It is also known as CD336, NKp44, NKP44, NK-p44, LY95, and dJ149M18.1.

NCR2, also known as NKp44, is a cytotoxicity-activating receptor that enhances the ability of activated natural killer (NK) cells to destroy tumor cells.
