MFSD10
Description
The MFSD10 (major facilitator superfamily domain containing 10) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 4.
MFSD10 is likely an organic anion transporter that facilitates the movement of certain non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and other organic anions across the luminal membranes of renal proximal tubules during the final excretion step into urine.
MFSD10 is also known as TETRAN, TETTRAN.
