LSR may refer to:

LSR, also known as Angulin-1, plays a crucial role in clearing triglyceride-rich lipoproteins from the bloodstream. It binds chylomicrons, LDL, and VLDL in the presence of free fatty acids, facilitating their uptake into cells. Additionally, LSR contributes to maintaining epithelial barrier function by recruiting MARVELD2/tricellulin to tricellular tight junctions.

LSR is also known as ILDR3, LISCH7.
