LZTS3

Description

The LZTS3 (leucine zipper tumor suppressor family member 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 20.

LZTS3 is a human protein encoded by the LZTS3 gene. It is a member of the leucine zipper, putative tumor suppressor family.

LZTS3 may play a role in the development of dendritic spines, possibly by controlling the amount of SIPA1L1 at the synapse.

LZTS3 is also known as PROSAPIP1.
