LRRC14

Description

The LRRC14 (leucine rich repeat containing 14) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 8.

LRRC14 negatively regulates the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway, which is activated by Toll-like receptors. It does this by disrupting the formation of the IKK complex, which is crucial for NF-kappa-B activation.

LRRC14 is also known as LRRC14A.
