LDHAL6A

Description

The LDHAL6A (lactate dehydrogenase A like 6A) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.

LDHAL6A catalyzes the reversible conversion of L-lactate and pyruvate, utilizing NAD+ as a cofactor. Overexpression of LDHAL6A has been shown to significantly enhance the transcriptional activity of the JUN protein.

LDHAL6A is also known as LDH6A.
