LDB2

Description

The LDB2 (LIM domain binding 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 4.

LDB2 is a protein in humans, encoded by the LDB2 gene. It plays a role in regulating gene expression by interacting with other proteins.

LDB2 acts as a transcription cofactor, binding to the LIM domain of numerous LIM domain-containing transcription factors, thereby influencing gene expression.

LDB2 is also known as CLIM1, LDB-2, LDB1.
