KANSL3

Description

The KANSL3 (KAT8 regulatory NSL complex subunit 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.

KANSL3, or KAT8 regulatory NSL complex subunit 3, is a protein encoded by the KANSL3 gene in humans.

KANSL3 is a component of the NSL complex, which is involved in acetylation of histone H4 on lysine residues. This acetylation plays a role in the regulation of transcription.

KANSL3 is also known as KIAA1310, NSL3, Rcd1.
