ID3

Description

Idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDCM), also known as idiopathic congestive heart failure, is a condition characterized by the enlargement and weakening of the heart muscle. This causes the heart to become less efficient at pumping blood, leading to a buildup of fluid in the body and symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, and swelling in the legs. The cause of IDCM is unknown, but it is thought to be linked to a combination of genetic and environmental factors.
