GLG1

Description

The GLG1 (golgi glycoprotein 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 16.

Golgi apparatus protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GLG1 gene.

This protein binds to fibroblast growth factor and E-selectin, a cell-adhesion lectin found on endothelial cells that mediates the binding of neutrophils.
