FOXC2-AS1

Description

The FOXC2-AS1 (FOXC2 antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 16.

FOXC2 antisense RNA 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FOXC2-AS1 gene.

The FOXC2-AS1 gene produces a type of RNA molecule called an antisense RNA, which plays a regulatory role in gene expression. It may influence the function of the FOXC2 gene by interacting with its messenger RNA (mRNA) transcript.

FOXC2-AS1 is also known as ODRUL.
