Description

The FAM168B (family with sequence similarity 168 member B) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.

FAM168B inhibits the growth of neuronal axons. It negatively regulates CDC42 and STAT3, but positively regulates STMN2. Additionally, it positively regulates CDC27.

FAM168B is also known as MANI.
