The EZR (ezrin) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6.

Ezr or EZR may refer to:

EZR plays a role in connecting major cytoskeletal structures to the plasma membrane. In epithelial cells, it is crucial for the formation of microvilli and membrane ruffles on the apical pole. Alongside PLEKHG6, it is essential for normal macropinocytosis.

EZR is also known as CVIL, CVL, HEL-S-105, VIL2.
