ELMOD2
Description
The ELMOD2 (ELMO domain containing 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 4.
ELMOD2 acts as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) like ARL2, ARL3, ARF1, and ARF6. It doesn't affect GTPases outside of the Arf family. ELMOD2 plays a role in regulating antiviral responses related to interferons.
ELMOD2 is also known as 9830169G11Rik.
