The DNER (delta/notch like EGF repeat containing) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.

The DNER gene in humans encodes the Delta and Notch-like epidermal growth factor-related receptor protein.

The DNER protein activates the NOTCH1 pathway and may play a role in neuron-glia interaction during astrocyte development.

DNER is also known as UNQ26, bet.
