DIXDC1
Description
The DIXDC1 (DIX domain containing 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.
Dixin is a protein encoded by the DIXDC1 gene in humans. When active, it inhibits cancer metastasis due to its extreme stickiness, both in vitro and in vivo.
DIXDC1 is also known as CCD1.
