Description

The COMMD6 (COMM domain containing 6) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 13.

COMMD6 might regulate the activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes. It downregulates the activation of NF-kappa-B and inhibits TNF-induced NFKB1 activation.

COMMD6 is also known as Acrg.
