COMMD3

Description

The COMMD3 (COMM domain containing 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 10.

COMMD3 may regulate the activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes, suppress NF-kappa-B activation, and modulate sodium transport in epithelial cells by controlling the expression of amiloride-sensitive sodium channel (ENaC) subunits.

COMMD3 is also known as BUP, C10orf8.
