CDCA4

Description

The CDCA4 (cell division cycle associated 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 14.

CDCA4 may play a role in regulating cell proliferation by interacting with the E2F/RB pathway. It might also be involved in controlling the development and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells. These functions are supported by experimental evidence, including studies published in PubMed with the identifier 16984923.

CDCA4 is also known as HEPP, SEI-3/HEPP.
