BUD31


Description

The BUD31 (BUD31 homolog) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 7.

BUD31 plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing (PubMed:28502770, PubMed:28076346). It may also regulate AR transcriptional activity, potentially increasing its activity (PubMed:25091737).

BUD31 is also known as Cwc14, EDG-2, EDG2, G10, YCR063W, fSAP17.
