The ARHGAP4 (Rho GTPase activating protein 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome X.

Rho GTPase-activating protein 4 is an enzyme encoded by the ARHGAP4 gene in humans. It has been demonstrated to regulate cell motility and axonal outgrowth in vitro.

ARHGAP4 is also known as C1, RGC1, RhoGAP4, SrGAP4, p115.
