ADGRB3

Description

The ADGRB3 (adhesion G protein-coupled receptor B3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6.

ADGRB3 is involved in regulating synaptogenesis and dendritic spine formation. This occurs partly through its interaction with ELMO1 and the activation of RAC1. It also facilitates myoblast fusion by interacting with ELMO/DOCK1.

ADGRB3 is also known as BAI3.
