Acute Bronchitis (ABR)

Description:

Acute bronchitis (ABR) is a common respiratory infection that causes inflammation and swelling of the bronchial tubes, the airways that carry oxygen to and from the lungs. It is characterized by a persistent cough that produces clear, white, or yellow mucus. ABR is usually caused by a virus, such as the influenza or rhinovirus, but can also be triggered by bacteria or irritants like smoke or pollution.
