Description

Acute anterior myocardial infarction (AAMI) is a medical emergency characterized by a sudden loss of blood flow to the anterior (front) part of the heart. This occurs when a blood clot blocks a coronary artery, the vessel that supplies oxygen-rich blood to the heart muscle.
