Description
The RFT1 (RFT1 homolog) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.
RFT1 is a protein encoded by the RFT1 gene in humans.
RFT1 might play a role in the assembly of N-linked oligosaccharides. It could be involved in moving oligosaccharides from the cytoplasmic side to the lumenal side of the endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
RFT1 is also known as CDG1N.
