The FUT11 (fucosyltransferase 11) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 10.
Isoform 1 of FUT11 has limited fucosyltransferase activity towards biantennary N-glycan acceptors. It cannot fucosylate GlcNAc residues within type 2 lactosamine units.
FUT11 is also known as FUCTXI.
