FSBP
Description
The FSBP (fibrinogen silencer binding protein) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 8.
FSBP acts as a transcriptional repressor, specifically downregulating the expression of the fibrinogen gamma chain. It also represses transcription of the GSK3B gene promoter by interacting with APBA1.
FSBP is also known as -.
